Sea Prawns are freshly sourced from Kerala/ Quilon fishing harbor. We cleaned the prawns and dried in our In-house electrical dryer system. With our new technology, we dried the prawns without any loss of nutritious contents. Even proteins which are sensitive to uncontrollable sun heat is also preserved. This will make our dry prawns tastier and healthier. These dried prawns are fully cleaned by peeling the head-tail parts.
